According to the National Weather Service, 1.12 inches of rain was recorded at the Palm Springs International Airport as of 8 p.m., surpassing the previous 1992 record of 0.90 inches on the same day.
The rain let up last night but it was very windy. Sunny and 55 this morning. Jack and I were grateful that the weather was good on Sunday for the golf tourney. No way anyone would have played yesterday.
We're looking forward to sunshine and 35 in Seattle :( I'll take ANYTHING but ice and snow!!
